On September 19th at 1:54 pm Secaucus Police were notified that a woman with outstanding warrants was in Secaucus. Secaucus Police were dispatched to the area of Harmon Meadow Blvd. where a 33yo female, Christina Gagliardi of Brick was arrested for 3 outstanding warrants totaling $3850.00 from Belleville, Kearny and Brick. Custody of Ms. Gagliardi was taken by Belleville Police.

On September 19th at 7:00 pm Middlesex County Jail notified Secaucus Police they had in their custody a 46yo female, Sheila Gilmer of Newark for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1000.00 from Secaucus. Secaucus Police took custody of Ms. Gilmer and transported her directly to Hudson County Jail.

On September 19th at 9:59 Secaucus Police responded to a Motor Vehicle Accident near 700 Plaza Drive. A 25yo male, Matthew Decesare of Allendale was arrested for DWI. Mr. Decesare was issued 3 MV summonses (DWI, Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, Reckless Driving) then released to a responsible adult.

On September 20th at 7:10 am during a Motor Vehicle Stop (Tinted Windows), a 41yo male, Hakim Evans of Jersey City was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $5100.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Evans posted bail, was issued 3 MV summonses (Tinted Windows, Driving with Suspended License, Failure to Possess Insurance Card) then released.

On September 20th at 7:00 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Sussex County Jail to take custody of a 31yo male, Christopher Czajkowski of Manchester for 2 outstanding warrants totaling $1750.00 from Secaucus and Paterson. Mr. Czajkowski was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On September 23rd at 7:54 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 32yo male, Gary Forbes of East Rutherford was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $215.00 from Princeton. Mr. Forbes posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Improper U-Turn, Driving after Registration Suspended) then released.

On September 24th at 6:40 am NJ State Police transferred custody to Secaucus Police, a 22yo female, Gbe, Nzoigba of Ithaca, NY for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $355.00 from Secaucus. Ms. Nzoigba posted bail and was released.

On September 24th at 5:16 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 20yo female, Elisa Bailon of North Bergen was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $350.00 from New Gretna, NJ. A family member came to post bail at that point it was found the family member, 45yo female Katherine Bailon of North Bergen would also be arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $150.00 from North Bergen. Both females posted bail. Elisa Bailon was also issued a MV summonses (Safety Glass Requirement).

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
