On October 2nd at 10:06 am Secaucus Police were dispatched to the area of Metro Way on a physical dispute. During the investigation, it was found one of the parties had an outstanding warrant in the amount of $99.00 from Jersey City. A 46yo male, Brinell Manning of Jersey City was arrested. Mr. Manning posted bail and was released.

On October 2nd at 4:50 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop an 18yo male, Andrew Rodriguez of Teaneck was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A (4)]. Mr. Rodriguez was issued MV summonses (Improper Display) and released without incident.

On October 2nd at 4:30 pm a 52yo male, Timothy Firtion of Secaucus turned himself in for 3 outstanding warrants. No Bail warrants from both Hudson County and Bergen County and a Failure to Appear with a bail $500.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Firtion was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On October 3rd at 6:15 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Essex County Corrections to take custody of a 35yo male, Patrick Curatola of Wood Ridge on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Curatola was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On October 3rd at 2:20 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 27yo male, Bayron Canales of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $114.00 from East Orange. Mr. Canales posted bail and was released.

On October 4th at 8:24 am, while on patrol, Secaucus Police witnessed a man walking the Service Rd. of Route 3 West. A 36yo male, Edward Ferraro of Elmwood Park was arrested for 4 outstanding warrants totaling $3500.00 from Elmwood Park, Paterson and South Hackensack. Mr. Ferraro was released on his own recognizance.

On October 4th at 11:06 am Secaucus Police were summoned to Secaucus Municipal Court to take custody of a 38yo male, Victor Sanchez of Fort Lee who was committed to Hudson County Jail per sentencing by MCJ Boylan. Secaucus Police transported Mr. Sanchez to Hudson County Jail without incident.

On October 4th at 6:00 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Belleville to take custody of a 34yo male, Jorge Vazquez of Newark on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Vazquez was unable to post bail and later transported to Hudson County Jail.

On October 4th at 8:16 pm while on patrol, a Secaucus Police Officer was flagged down by a motorist that a male was walking in a traffic lane of Route 3 West. Police cautioned off area of roadway to protect the individual from the heavily traveled roadway. In offering assistance, the male became agitated and continually attempted to leave scene walking into the roadway. A 23yo male, Eliyahu Kaplinsky of Passaic was arrested for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)], and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Kaplinsky was served with a summons and released.

On October 4th at 9:38 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 29yo female, Rosa Belber of Bayonne was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants totaling $350.00 from Jersey City. Ms. Belber posted bail, was issued 3 MV summonses, (Driving While Suspended, No Liability Insurance Coverage, Failure to Possess Vehicle Registration) and released.

On October 5th at 11:45 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 23yo female, Janessa Suro of Jersey City was arrested for and outstanding warrant in the amount of $1000.00 from East Orange. Ms. Suro posted bail, received 3 MV summonses (Improper Backing, Driving While Suspended, Uninsured Vehicle) and released.

On October 6th at 8:35 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 27yo male, Juan Santoyo of Clifton was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $81.00 from Fairlawn. Mr. Santoyo posted bail, was issued MV summons (Improper Safety Glass) and released.

On October 6th at 9:55 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 54yo male, Manuel Garcia was arrested for 3 outstanding warrants in the amount of $1650.00 from North Bergen and East Rutherford. The passenger in the vehicle, 65yo female, Deisy Brito-Venegas of North Bergen was arrested for 5 outstanding warrants totaling $2,584.00 from North Bergen and Union City. Mr. Garcia was issued 4 MV summonses, (Unsafe Lane Change, Unlicensed Driver, Driving While Suspended, Failure to Possess Insurance Card). Custody of both parties were turned over to North Bergen Police.

On October 6th at 11:02 pm, during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 41yo male, Hasan Ozalp of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $975.00 from Union Township and an outstanding warrant from Keansburg in the amount of $500.00. Both agencies released Mr. Ozalp on his own recognizance. He was issued 2 MV summonses (Driving While Suspended, Maintenance of Lamps) and released.

On October 7th at 2:24 pm, in the area of Millcreek Point, a concerned citizen notified Secaucus Police of an individual appearing to be under the influence. Police found and arrested a 28yo male, Christopher Bann of Secaucus for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $2500.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Bann posted bail and was released.

On October 8th at 7:15 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 20yo female, Chayonna Clark of Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $100.00 from Jersey City. Ms. Clark posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Safety Glass Requirement, Driving with Suspended License) and released.

On October 8th at 3:35 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Bergen County Jail to take custody of a 27yo male, Michael Pepen of North Arlington. Mr. Pepen has an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Warrant was paid in full and Mr. Pepen was released from custody.

On October 8th at 11:02 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 41yo male, Robert Lombi of Secaucus was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Lombi was then transported to Hudson County Jail.
