On January 1st at 4:13 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 24yo male, Alex Alicea of Jersey City was arrested for DWI and Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)]. A female passenger 37yo Daniela Jimenez-Manzo of Jersey City was also arrested for Obstructing Justice [2C:29-1A] for refusing to exit the vehicle at the time of impoundment. Mr. Alicea was processed issued 5 MV summonses [DWI, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lanes, Possession of CDS in Vehicle, and Refusal of Breathalyzer Test] then released. Ms. Jimenez was issued her summons and released to a responsible adult.

On January 2nd at 6:49 Secaucus Police were dispatched to Meadowlands Parkway on a person walking in the lanes of traffic. A 27yo male, Joseph Degnan of Union City was arrested for 3 outstanding warrants totaling $424.00 from Keyport, Jersey City and Weehawken. All municipalities issued R.O.R. and Mr. Degnan was released without incident.

On January 3rd at 6:15 pm during a Motor Vehicle Stop, a 30yo female, Lissette Parra-Ebanks of Palisade Park was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $608.00 from Palisades Park. Palisades Park PD issued R.O.R., Ms. Parra-Ebanks was issued 2 MV summonses (Unregistered Vehicle, Driving While Suspended) then released.

On January 3rd at 7:35 pm, Secaucus Detectives responded to LA Fitness to follow up on a number of recent reported thefts. During the investigation a worker, 28yo male, Adam Nasser of Bloomfield had an outstanding warrant in the amount of $250.00 from Cliffside Park. Employment at LA Fitness is part of Mr. Nasser’s work program ordered by NJ State Dept. of Corrections. NJ State Correctional Officers arrived at Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Nasser.

On January 3rd at 8:40 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 47yo female, Shernell Hall of Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $389.00 from Bridgewater. Ms. Hall posted bail was issued 4 MV summonses (Obstruction of View, Driving While Suspended, Registration Suspended, and Uninsured Vehicle) then released.
