On March 5th at 9:44 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 27yo male, Jorge Sojo-Giraldo of North Bergen was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $333.00 from Guttenberg and North Bergen. Mr. Sojo-Giraldo was issued 3 MV summonses (Cell Phone, Improper Display and Driving while License Suspended) then transported to Guttenberg PD.

On March 5th at 3:45 pm, Secaucus Police were dispatched to Union County Correctional Facility to take custody of a 34yo female, Tiffany King of Elizabeth for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $410.00. Ms. King was transported directly to Hudson County Corrections.

On March 6th at 4:47 pm, Secaucus Police were dispatched to U.P.S. on a call of an employee theft. A 20yo male, Kevin Jaramillo of Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 from Clifton. Mr. Jaramillo posted bail and was released.

On March 6th at 12:19 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to the Harper Apartments on a call of Marijuana being smoked on premises. A 20yo male, Jhe’ryll West of Manassas, VA was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. West was processed given his summons and released.

On March 6th at 4:45pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 28yo male, Manny Irizarry of Garfield was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1000.00 from Secaucus. Bail was posted for Mr. Irizarry, he was issued 1 MV summons (Tinted Windows) and released.

On March 6th at 7:42 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to TJ Maxx on a call of a Robbery. The actors had fled the scene. Police notified surrounding jurisdictions of the vehicle involved. JCPD notified headquarters they had stopped the vehicle. Secaucus Police and Detectives arrived, took custody/arrested a 45yo male Joseph Cosme of Jersey City who was charged with Robbery [2C:15-1A(2)], Burglary Tools [2C:5-5A], and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2], 2 outstanding warrants from Jersey City. A 43yo female, Teresa Valentin of Jersey City was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2]. Both parties were processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On March 7th at 7:21 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 44yo female Erica Russell (passenger) of Newark was arrested for a NCIC warrant in the amount of $35,000.00 from Newark. Ms. Russell was held at headquarters awaiting transport to Newark PD. Driver was issued a MV summons (Failure to Signal Turn).

On March 8th at 12:37 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Essex County Corrections to take custody of a 33yo male, Damon Gilyard of East Orange on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount $5,000.00. Mr. Gilyard was transported directly to Hudson County Correctional Center.

On March 8th at 1:45pm Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot on a call of Shoplifting. A 56yo male, Darryl Arrington of Rahway was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B]. Mr. Arrington was processed then transported to Hudson County Jail.

On March 9th at 3:02pm Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot on a call of Shoplifting. A 27yo male, Anthony Joyce of Union City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $750.00 from Bellmawr, NJ. Bellmawr issued an R.O.R. and Mr. Joyce was released.

On March 10th at 3:41pm during a Motor Vehicle Stop, a 30yo male, Jesse Elsouly of Jersey City was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Elsouly was processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On March 10th at 8:39 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Il Forno on a call of an intoxicated female yelling in a restaurant. A 51yo female, Audra Acquaviva of Secaucus was arrested for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)], and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Ms. Acquaviva was transported to Hudson Regional Hospital and later released to the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. \
