On May 1st at 10:07 am, during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 20yo male, Davon Womack of Jersey City was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants, a no bail, and 1 for $100.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Womack was issued 3 MV summonses (Improper Safety Glass, Unlicensed Driver, Driving While DL Suspended) and custody was turned over to Jersey City PD.

On May 2nd at 8:43 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 45yo male, Felix Aviles of Garfield was arrested for 5 outstanding warrants totaling $6114.00 from Newark and Bloomfield, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle/Syringe [2C:36-6A]. Mr. Aviles was processed, issued 2 MV summonses (Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving While Suspended) then transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 3rd at 9:50 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 28yo male, Robert Hayde of Jersey City was arrested for possessing a variety of drugs, including, but not limited to oxycodone, crack/cocaine, cocaine, marijuana and various prescription legend drugs. He was charged with 2 counts of Possession with the Intent to Distribute CDS [2C:35-5A(1)], 2 counts Possession with the Intent to Distribute Prescription Legend Drugs [2C:35-10.5A(3)], 3 counts Possession CDS [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with the Intent to Distribute [2C:36-3] Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A], Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] 1 outstanding warrant in the amount of $100.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Hayde was processed, issued 2 MV summonses (Improper Display, Driving After D/L Suspended) then transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 3rd at 10:39 am, during a Motor Vehicle stop a 27yo male, Henry Espinosa of Elizabeth was arrested for a No Bail warrant from Kearny. Mr. Espinosa was processed, issued 3 MV summonses (Improper Display, Driving After D/L Suspended, Driving with Expired License) and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 3rd at 4:48 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Walmart on a call of Shoplifting. A 57yo male Anthony Barker of Jersey City was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], and 3 outstanding warrants totaling $1074.00 from Kearny, Edgewater and Hoboken. Mr. Barker was processed then transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 3rd at 5:42, while at Walmart investigating a Shoplifting, Secaucus Police assisted LPO on an additional Shoplifting in progress. A 26yo male, Karee Williams of East Orange was arrested for Shoplifting, and 2 outstanding warrants totaling $3089.00 from Springfield and Woodbridge. Mr. Williams was processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 4th at 1:56 pm, while on an unrelated call at TX Maxx, a 43yo female from Jersey City was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A] after leaving her 22 month old child unattended in her vehicle. She was issued a summons and released.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
