On July 30, 2018 at 7:54PM, the Secaucus Police responded to the area of CVS at 101 Plaza Centre on a report of suspicious activity in the area. During the investigation, a 16 year old male of Secaucus, NJ was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The juvenile was issued his summons and was released to the custody of his father.

On August 1, 2018 at 6:24PM, during a motor vehicle stop, a 38 year old female, Magdalena Perez of Newark, NJ was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued out of Newark NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mrs. Perez posted bail, was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody. .

On August 2, 2018 at 10:24AM, the Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of fraudulent activity. During the investigation a 24 year old male, Dantavius Morgan of the Bronx, NY was taken into custody for Possession of Counterfeit Currency [2C:21-1(3)]. Mr. Morgan was issued his summons and was released from custody pending a future court appearance. .
