On 10/29/2018 at 6:15 PM, a 50 year old female, Marisol Bermudez of Union City, NJ entered headquarters in order to be processed in regards to a prior incident. Ms. Bermudez was arrested and processed for the charges of Robbery [2C:15-1A(2)] and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2A(1)] and was subsequently released from custody.

On 10/30/2018 at 12:46 PM, while on patrol the police observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Millcreek Point. During the investigation, a 20 year old male, Josue Lozano of Union City, NJ was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Lozano posted bail and was released from custody.

On 10/30/2018 at 3:20 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bloomfield Police Department to take custody of a 22 year old male, Abu Chowdhury of Belleville, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $300.00. Mr. Chowdhury was able to post bail and was released from custody.

On 10/31/2018 at 1:28 PM, the Union City Police Department transported a 57 year old male, Jose Rodriguez of Union City, NJ to Secaucus Police headquarters for an outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00. Mr. Rodriguez was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 10/31/2018 at 4:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Paterson Plank Rd and Huber St on a report of a male who was possibly exposing himself. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37 year old male, Oscar De Los Rios of North Bergen, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $75.00. Mr. De Los Rios was released on his own recognizance by the Hoboken Police Department and was subsequently released from custody.

On 11/01/2018 at 7:13 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Sams Club/Walmart. During the investigation, a 26 year old male, Josue Matos of Guttenberg, NJ was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants out of Florham Park, NJ for a total bail amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Custody of Mr. Matos was subsequently turned over to the Union City Police Department.

On 11/01/2018 at 1:23 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hopatcong Police Department to take custody of a 39 year old male, Michelle Ellis of Hopatcong, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Ms. Ellis was found to have 1 outstanding warrant out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $50.00. Clifton Police Department released Ms. Ellis on her own recognizance. Ms. Ellis was able to post bail on the 2 outstanding warrants and was released from custody.

On 11/01/2018 at 4:09 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, police arrested a 28 year old female, Jarrena Bethune of Newark, NJ for having an outstanding warrant out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option and Irvington, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Ms. Bethune was able to post bail for both warrants and was released from custody.

On 11/01/2018 at 4:29 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 55 Metro Way on a report of a female who was possibly in danger. During the investigation, a 34 year old male, Andre Gamble of East Orange, NJ was found to have the following outstanding warrants; 1 outstanding warrant out of Roselle, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant out of Linden, NJ in the amount of $1000.00, 2 outstanding warrants out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $450.00, 1 outstanding warrant out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $124.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Gamble was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be MDMA [2C:35-10A(1), Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of CDS Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Hindering Apprehension by Providing False Information [2C:29-3B(4)]. Mr. Gamble was served his complaints and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/03/2018 at 5:32 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 230 Secaucus Road on a report of a suspicious male on the property. During the investigation, a 37 year old male, John McIntosh of New York, NY was arrested for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Defiant Trespass [2C:18-3B]. Mr. McIntosh was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant out of Milltown, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. McIntosh posted bail and was released from custody.

On 11/04/2018 at 2:44 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, a 34 year old male, Cesar Chaves of Cutchogue, NY was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Mr. Chaves was also charged with Possession of CDS Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Chaves was issued his complaint summons and was released from custody.

On 11/04/2018 at 9:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, a 22 year old female, Alexandra Toro of North Bergen, NJ was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B (1)]. Ms. Toro was issued her complaint summons and was released from custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
